Yorkshire artist launches new collection after Tour De France success

Yorkshire artist Jane O’Neill has launched a brand new range of glass coasters celebrating Leeds University. After the success of her Tour De France coasters which sold to hundreds of visitors to Leeds Craft Centre and Design Gallery Jane decided to capture more of Leeds and visitors are loving the new designs already.

A stunning new piece of contemporary art by internationally renowned and Yorkshire-based artist Tim Etchells has been revealed in Leeds. Rushbond, the Leeds-based award-winning property company, commissioned Tim Etchells to create a permanent neon art installation for the new student apartment scheme at the Algernon Firth Building on Great George Road in the city centre.

Fashion first for Leeds at Lambert’s Yard

Lambert’s Yard made fashion history last month by becoming one of the first places outside of London to host a Centre of Fashion Enterprise (CFE) event. This pioneering fashion business incubator, based at the London College of Fashion, aims to support fledgling fashion businesses in their first years. It does so by helping them understand their USP and vision, to be better informed and follow a considered development strategy.
