Refurbishment of Historic House Begins

An exciting refurbishment programme has now officially started at one of the city’s most popular visitor attractions. Once completed, this work will support the ambition of Lotherton Hall, which is one of Leeds most historic homes, to become a major museum of fashion and textiles through the revamp of its current exhibition spaces.

Issimo Music crowned winners of Battle of the Bands competition at The Light

For the last few weeks, Leeds’ top leisure destination, The Light, has teamed up with Radio Aire to find the city’s best band in Battle of The Bands. Launching at the end of October, the competition invited local bands to send in their entries for the chance to perform live in the final.
