July’s ‘Socialight Sundays’ returns on 3 July with another day of great giveaways

The Light’s brand new event for 2016 ‘Socialight Sundays’ continues to go from strength-to-strength and returns in July with a Wimbledon-themed day of fantastic offers, giveaways and deals to kick off the first Sunday of the month.

Taking place on Sunday 3 July at The Light, shoppers can enjoy complimentary tea and free Victoria sponge courtesy of Greggs as they relax on deckchairs in The Light’s indoor garden to celebrate Wimbledon.

Alternatively, attendees can dive into the day with a refreshing free swim at Virgin Active.

What’s more, shoppers can head across to Vue Cinema who will be treating film fans to a free showing of supernatural horror film, The Conjuring 2, at 2pm.

Bars and restaurants including Frankie & Benny’s, Zizzi and Barburrito as well as many more will also be getting involved and running one-off special offers for those who want to spend their Sunday whiling away the hours with delicious food.

Q Park will once again be reducing its tariff by 25% for the entire day making for an even cheaper day out.

Socialight Sundays also provide the perfect opportunity for mums and dads to take a well earned break and get some ‘me’ time with a free crèche service for children between the ages of three months to eight years old running from 1:45pm to 4:45pm.

Stephanie James, Marketing Manager at The Light, says:
