Formerly a bakery, hence the name, Dough champions Yorkshire produce, using the finest of the region's ingredients to create inspirational English cuisine with Leeds flair and Yorkshire passion.
Dough's menus are created monthly by our multi award-winning chef, Luke Downing, who works alongside local producers for seasonality, home-grown ingredients, locally sourced meat and seafood, and only the best ingredients apparent throughout each menu. Dough was formed as a restaurant in 2004. Its exposed brick walls, wooden floors, and bohemian charm create a romantic atmosphere one would more associate with Paris than with North Leeds. Now set over adjoining properties; Dough caters for romantic first dates to birthday celebrations, private group bookings, and corporate events.
