Our bountiful and delightful dishes are created within our on-show engine room by enthused and excited minds, ready and raring to incorporate classic and modern dishes from around the globe.

The Atlas now serve afternoon tea! Chef Adam Geddes at The Atlas has pulled out all the stops to create an Afternoon Tea selection that will have your mouth-watering in anticipation. For just £5 per person, enjoy hand-cut cucumber sandwiches (made with fresh bread from Howard’s Bakery in Harrogate), home-baked scones with Chantilly cream and strawberry preserve, and Yorkshire shortbread biscuits – served with either specialty tea or freshly-brewed coffee.
