Film, Sun 30 Oct 2016

Come hang out with the dead at this Halloween and watch Beetlejuice in the ruins of Kirkstall Abbey. Starring creepy Michael Keaton and the wonderful Winona Ryder this Tim Burton 80’s classic means it’s time to turn on the juice and see what shakes loose. Before the film we have a half hour experience which will include short performances, the chance to meet some unusually haunting characters and some singing whether you want to or not. Day Oh! Da-a-ay Oh! Daylight come and me wan go home! Our pop up cocktail bar will be back with some uniquely creepy concoctions and of course we want everyone to dress to impress. The only question is will you go 80’s shoulder pads or Halloween fangs – why not try both? Kirkstall Market will be running during the day so there’ll be plenty of fabulous locally sourced food to tempt you, if you want to make a day of it we have a bargain ticket for Beetlejuice & The Nightmare Before Christmas because no-one does Halloween better than Burton. Tickets: Adult: £10 and Child: £8. Why not buy a ticket for The Nightmare Before Christmas & Beetlejuice (cert 15) and make a day of it?
