Leeds Industrial Museum at Armley Mills
Formerly the largest woollen mill in the world, now houses Leeds Industrial Museum. Located beside the River Aire, the museum explores the city's rich industrial past. Displays cover local textiles and clothing industries, printing, cinematography, photography and engineering. Working exhibits include a 1904 spinning mule and a 1920's style cinema.

Leeds Industrial Museum is located just two miles out of the city centre on Canal Road, off the main A65 road to Kirkstall. Bus: Services 733,734,735 and 736 go to the VUE cinema complex on Kirkstall Road (Leeds Industrial Museum is located behind the complex, accessible by a foot bridge).
