From Robin Hood to robber barons, this will be a look at top level criminality in England, its corrupting influences and the response of the authorities to the threat. It's a story of extortion, frauds, heists and piracy which ultimately reaches into the very heart of the body politic. The Courthouse is delighted to welcome back Chris Murphy - battlefield guide for the Towton Battlefield Society, whose talk on the Battle of Towton was so exciting and informative. This promises to be another fascinating evening presented by Chris as we get further insight into his wealth of historical knowledge.
