Russian gypsy music trio Koshka return to the Courthouse, once again combining the skill and mastery of their classical conservatoire training with sheer, wild gypsy flair. The result is simply dazzling, leaving audiences stunned as they bring their abundant ability and passionate performance to a bewildering range of rhythms and styles. Koshka's music includes Eastern-European styles, hot club numbers reminiscent of Grappelli and Django Reinhardt and of course wildfire gypsy string tunes. The trio's unique performance is light hearted, yet without ever compromising the highest levels of musical excellence. The music full of humour and inventive playfulness as the violins dance over the guitar with the utmost precision and soar with breathtaking, bewitching brilliance.
