Following the hugely successful Kings of the Wild Frontier tour earlier this year, which saw Adam play his classic and now iconic album to over 30,000 fans in sold out venues across the UK, Adam Ant has announced ANTHEMS The Singles Tour.The tour will showcase Adam’s impressive back catalogue of material including hit singles, B-Sides and personal favourites. The album, Kings of the Wild Frontier (1980) became a worldwide hit, spending 12 weeks at number 1 and won the Brit Award for Best British Album. The singles, Kings of the Wild Frontier and Antmusic both hit number 2 in the UK chart and Dog Eat Dog reached number 4.As ‘Antmania’ swept the nation, Stand and Deliver hit the number 1 spot in May 1981 and stayed there for 5 weeks becoming his most successful single and winning him the prestigious Ivor Novello Award for songwriting. On its release, the follow up single and album Prince Charming went straight to number 1 and a further 12 singles went top 30, at one point Adam had 8 singles in the top 40…in one week!

By Car:

first direct arena is located next to the A58 (M) Inner Ring Road and from the Claypit Lane junction (A58) provides links out of the city centre to the east joining the A64 York Road, and to the south and west connecting to the M621 and other destinations within Leeds, and to the wider motorway network via the M62 and the M1.

By Public Transport:

Leeds City Station is a 10 minute walk from Leeds Arena and a major hub on the national, regional and local rail network providing connections to a wide variety of destinations.

On arrival at Leeds station, turn right out of the main entrance onto New Station Street and head onto Boar Lane. At the crossing head straight over onto Albion Street and pass the side of the new Trinity shopping centre. Keep walking up Albion Street and at the junctions with The Headrow and Great George Street head straight on. Walk past the Merrion Centre on your right and after Morrisons supermarket take the next right onto Merrion Way to the Arena complex.
