Celebrate Chinese New Year with Impressions Gallery in the centre of Bradford at this special workshop for families presented by The Business Confucius Institute at the University of Leeds.

Get a beginner's insight into a special Chinese craft at this family workshop.

In Chinese culture, paper lanterns are often made for festivals and celebrations. Try your hand at making a simple design, or more confident cutters can create a 3D Chinese character decoration.

This event is part of Views from China, a special six month programme of exhibitions and events at Impressions, taking a fresh look at Chinese culture and the long standing links between the UK and China.
