Leeds Waterfront Festival is an annual, family friendly event taking place at Leeds Dock during the last weekend of June. The Festival sees a fantastic range of events come to life along the waterfront, including a Dragonboat race spectacular. Last year, activities included archery, live music and an abundance of arts and crafts activities for the whole family to enjoy.
Kirkstall Festival, in the picturesque grounds of the 12th Century Kirkstall Abbey, is a day out the whole family will love. The scenic area becomes a hive of activity, with live music performances, games and even a funfair. Explore over 160 stalls and tuck into plenty of tasty treats at this community festival!
Geronimo, the largest family festival in the North, returns for 2016 with an exciting programme of acts, amazing experiences and wonderful adventures, including lots of new attractions. Expect a ‘Glastonbury for kids’ with a line-up jam-packed with some of the biggest names in children’s entertainment including Justin Fletcher, Mr Bloom and Alex Winters plus a brand new theatre and literary zone and live music.
