Beer Gardens and Outside Dining Opening in Leeds City Centre

Summer is here and what better way to soak up the sun rays then relaxing with a meal, cocktail, or favourite drink outside in the company of friends or family.
Listed below are just a few of many of the pubs, restaurants and bars boasting gardens and outside dining areas to help you make the most of the good weather. (fingers crossed)

Waterfront & Southbank
Relax next to the riverside with a craft beer or maybe an artisan Gin whilst tucking in to their famous pizzas at Water Lane Boathouse.
A warm welcome awaits you at The Lock at DoubleTree by Hilton with plenty of outdoor seating available. Take in the views of the historic canal whilst enjoying a refreshing drink and scrumptious food too!
Serving a mix of great food, fabulous cocktails and Ossett Brewery’s very own world-class range of beers, head over to Archie’s Bar & Kitchen where there’s plenty of outdoor seating available.

Roof Top Retreats
Enjoy a cocktail or two at Angelica situated above Trinity Leeds. What better way to view Leeds than from their wonderful terrace with a drink in hand.
Enjoy fine Japanese Sashimi with the trendiest cocktails at Issho, with their stunning, south facing roof top terrace and cosy sofas this is the place to be seen.
With a rooftop terrace located in Trinity Leeds and the outdoor seating on Greek street, the staff at the The Alchemist are excited to get mixing again for faces both new and old for drinks and small food dishes.
The fabulous large outdoor rooftop is open once again at the Belgrave Music Hall. Relax in good company and enjoy the cool laid-back vibe.

Situated on City Square, The Restaurant Bar and Grill has plenty of outdoor seating available for drinks and dining. Watch the world go by with a cold glass of champagne in hand.
Or just next door there’s the ever popular Banyan, open for brunch, lunch or dinner there is something for everyone including their 2-4-1 mouth-watering cocktails available from 6pm daily!
Just around the corner, you’ll find Chaophraya; their revamped second floor terrace is just calling out for an afternoon spent sipping cocktails and tucking into tasty Thai dishes.
The perfect little Courtyard at the Midnight Bell awaits your presence. This lovely little sun trap where you can enjoy a pint of Leeds Brewery’s very best. An excellent menu of pub classics will be available too.
The terrace at The Tetley opens every weekend for brunch and lunch and of course their wonderful roast dinners are delicious!
Only a five minute walk from Leeds train station overlooking Greek Street, Dakota Leeds is now taking bookings for al-fresco dining and drinks. And be sure to check out the rest of Greek Street’s bars and restaurants including Gusto, Alchemist, All Bar One, Bar Soba and Liquorist.
With its spacious outdoor terrace and its wide range of craft beers and street food head along to a Nation of Shopkeepers. They have plenty of long tables easily able to accommodate your group.

A night out at Neon Cactus on Call Lane is a local favourite, doing everything they do best: from local craft beers to the most refreshing cocktails or why not try their amazing tacos.

Whether it’s enjoying a signature cocktail on the roof top terrace or in their courtyard, Roland’s on Call Lane is ready and waiting.

The bars on Merrion Street have teamed up to put a 50m canopy over Merrion Street, creating the city’s largest covered outdoor drinking area! The street party vibe is available for bookings now.
A Deep South sling, Dark and Stormy or Smokey ‘n’ the Bandit are just a few of the delectable cocktails the staff are waiting to serve you at the Mean Eyed Cat Bar.
Head to Mojo’s Merrion Street for a Rum in the Sun! They’ve even launched a brand new cocktail menu especially for you.
Verve Merrion Street is at the heart of the party atmosphere once again, with plenty of outdoor seating to hang out and meet up with friends.

Chow Down
Chow Down is back with a bang, getting the city centre buzzing with its biggest ever lineup! The outdoor destination, hailed for its incredible selection of food, drink, and music is returning bigger and better with the addition of street art, new seating areas and huge collaborations, with confirmed dates throughout the summer right through till September. They get booked up quickly so be sure to book your tickets ASAP.

Multi Stories
Multi Stories is a pop up place to meet, eat and drink eight storeys up with top-shelf music, cutting-edge food and drink, and a unique, socially distanced setting. Food vendors include Master Chef’s Matt Healy, The Savvy Baker and more to be announced. DJ, acts and big screen action to watch the Euro’s. Soak up some rays (all being well) and take in the views of the sprawling central Leeds skyline. Here until 29th August.
