We know the best places to visit and how to get there! So, if you are travelling around the city by car, bus or on foot, let us plan your journey for you. We have a huge range of local, regional and national leaflets and brochures to pick up and take away. Ask us about upcoming events too!
We also stock a range of local gifts, postcards and souvenirs.

THE WELCOME PEOPLE
The Leeds’ welcome experience has been significantly enhanced with the addition of the Welcome Ambassador Team. The Ambassadors offer a friendly and knowledgeable service for visitors to Leeds, commuters and all city users alike providing a unique customer service experience seven days a week. Working right across the city centre the team are instantly recognisable in their distinctive concierge style uniforms, complete with bowler hats. Look out for the Night Ambassadors too. They’ll be wearing a navy blue suit and a purple tie and you can find them Fridays 10pm to 4.30am and Saturdays 10pm to 5.30am
