Have an essay due tomorrow? Perhaps a first date later tonight? Is the laundry piling up? You can do all that later…but first, Coco’s.

Launching in Trinity Leeds, opposite the buzzing Trinity Kitchen, this November Coco’s Beach Bar is bringing a beach party to the heart of the city – and you’re all invited!

Coco’s Beach Bar comes to you from the team behind the award-winning Cabana Restaurants and promises laid-back tropical vibes, with an interior inspired by sunny climes and lush tropical rainforests. It’s set to be a favourite with after work drinkers and discerning students searching for both style and substance to kick off the perfect evening.

With exotic cocktails coming at you in seashells, coconuts and flamingos galore, all at a ‘£6, always’ price promise, you’ll have a hard time deciding whether you’re more of a Pink Flamingo (rum, coconut syrup and orange juice, served in a flamingo float), or a Jungle Fever (white rum, grenadine, ginger beer and lime, topped with gummy snakes). Fancy something to share? Go totally tropical with a Mermaid’s Mai Tai (£20); served in a giant conch shell, or keep your feet on the ground with a Yorkshire Tea For Two, Coco’s take on the classic Long Island Iced Tea, served in a tea pot.

Grabbing a bite? Coco’s has your back, with an array of tasty tacos, wings, burgers and small plates, including the Baja Crispy Cod Burger (£6.50), Spicy Pulled Chicken Tacos (£5) and Sriracha Wings (£6). The perfect accompaniment to a rum-laced creation.

So stop by, for a drink or three…whatever your evening may have in store, just remember, #butfirstcocos.
