Festive Feasts as New Street Food Vendors Arrive at Trinity Kitchen

7th December 2018

Brand new vendors Pietanic, Nelly’s Barn, Dumpling Dumpling, The Pickled Porker and Belles of Harrogate are arriving at Trinity Kitchen just in time for the festive season.

Taking residency for the next seven weeks (from December 10th), the street food vendors will be offering delicious, unique dishes to busy shoppers and party-goers over the Christmas period.

Nelly’s Barn will be swapping their West Country farm for a stint in Leeds, serving up dry-aged, locally-sourced burgers with all the toppings. Hungry customers can tuck into their signature cheese burger which uses 28 day, dry-aged beef and mature cheddar cheese for an authentic British taste.

A new addition to Trinity Kitchen will be Pietanic, which reinvents the classic pie and transforms it into a moreish treat. There are plenty of options, with a range of fillings and sides. Make sure to try their signature dish – the bacon cheeseburger pie.

For those busy Christmas shoppers in need of a pick-me-up, Belles of Harrogate will be serving a selection of festive treats, from cupcakes and mince pies to chocolate brownies and loaded crepes. Wash it all down with a festive Bailey’s hot chocolate!

Isle of Wight-based vendors Dumpling Dumpling will also be joining the line-up, offering Asian-inspired dumplings. Their menu aims to celebrate the unique, delicious flavour of the dishes they grew to love during their time in China, and features a variety of sweet and savoury dumplings, including vegan and vegetarian options, plus their popular Asian street fries.

Lastly, Yorkshire-based vendors The Pickled Porker are back to serve up locally-sourced smokehouse classic dishes, such as their hickory-smoked brisket bun. The British Street Food Award finalists use a 12-hour smoking process to achieve delicious, pull-apart meat that will satisfy every hunger.

Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “The festive season is here, so what better reason to head to Trinity Kitchen and sample some of the best street food the UK has to offer.

“With the exciting new arrivals of Dumpling Dumpling, Belles of Harrogate, Pietanic, Nelly’s Barn and The Pickled Porker joining our beloved permanent outlets, there’s plenty of choice for festive partygoers or for those wanting a break from their Christmas shopping!”

With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Absurd Bird and Pizzaluxe.
