Junkyard Golf Club, the home of the craziest golf, weird cocktails and all things junk has an-nounced it will open in Leeds this September.
Following on from the explosive success in Manchester, London and Oxford, Junkyard Golf Club will launch its fourth venue at The Light in the heart of the city this autumn.
Bringing with it a whole batch of madness, expect three mashed up 9-hole crazy golf courses filled with scrap yard slides, wrecked car parts, circus freaks and jungle bathtubs. Bold and daring, prepare to putt your way through the bizarre.
Keeping it crazy, Junkyard Golf Club Leeds will also feature four bars throughout the courses serving up a wide range of epic party drinks and cocktails including Ribena Turner, Hotline Ting and Porn in the USA, all pimped out with tuck-shop treats such as party rings and fizzy laces – did we mention they like to keep it sweet?
Putting skills and bad boy swings can work up quite an appetite, but don’t worry they’ve got it all covered. The main bunker bar will be serving up fairground style hotdogs, salted caramel popcorn and naughty nachos.
Chris Legh, creative director of Junkyard Golf said: “Leeds is an incredibly exciting city, it’s got a real buzz about it and was top of our hit list to open a Junkyard Golf site in. The Light is a great venue that works really well for us and we look forward to bringing all the madness of Junkyard Golf to the city this September.”
If you’re ready to get your freak on Junkyard Golf Club Leeds will be open 7 days a week, 4pm – 12am Monday – Wednesday, 2pm – 12am Thursday, 12pm – 1am Friday and Saturday and 12pm – 10pm Sunday.
