Trinity Kitchen Kicks-off the New Year with New Foodie Delights

Trinity Leeds is kicking-off 2017 with new flavours and dishes with real flair. In total, five vendors will be setting-up shop at Trinity Kitchen for the next eight weeks, serving a diverse selection of cuisines such as Polish, Scottish and Yorkshire Tapas.

Old Granary Pierogi will be dishing-out authentic, delicious and homemade Polish Pierogi - similar to dumplings with various tasty fillings. Expect other authentic Polish dishes like Kopytka (Polish Gnocchi) and soups with fresh sourdough bread.

With dishes that would delight even the most committed meat-eaters, The Allotment Catering will be cooking veggie food that packs a real punch. All served from a mobile shed, diners can tuck-in to their choice of veggie burgers, wraps and halloumi fries.

Travelling up from the south, Nelly's Barn will be feeding Trinity Kitchen visitors with their famous West Country dishes like their popular fondue – cheesy chips with cider and more cheese.

Yorkshire locals, The Pickled Porker are bringing their low and slow classics to the people of Leeds like their Yorkshire Wagyu Burgers and Hickory Smoked Brisket, all served with traditional roasties or fries.

Just in time for Burns Night on January 25th, The Haggis Man will be whipping-up tasty Scottish dishes for the next eight weeks. From traditional haggis, neeps and tatties to haggis toasties. The Haggis Man will be turning a true Scottish classic on its head.

Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, added: "What better way to start the New Year than to give our shoppers a tasty selection of new food vendors to try? People can try a variety of dishes that are locally sourced and produced, as well as foreign cuisines they may not have had the opportunity to try yet.

"We want people coming to Trinity Kitchen to have a diverse selection, and I think we have really achieved that. You can definitely expect exciting things at Trinity in 2017."

With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.
