Medieval Leeds - Guided Supper Walk

Medieval Leeds - Guided Supper Walk

This walk explores the medieval streets of Leeds - Kirkgate and Briggate with their historic yards - and visits the sites of the medieval manor house and corn mill, and the town boundaries.

The Trust will open its doors to 'walkers' from 5.45pm. Food will be served from 6pm onwards (buffet style supper with wine, beer and soft drinks). Our bookshop will be open during this time to give you an opportunity to browse and make purchases.

The walk will start at 6.45pm and last approximately 1.5 hours. The distance covered is moderate but you will need to be prepared for frequent stops at points of interest along the route.

The walk will end at a central location in Leeds city centre (depending on walk theme: in the Briggate, Vicar Lane, Headrow, Kirkgate area) from where you can make your way back to your cars, or major public transport arteries - or indeed, to restaurants, bars or pubs for further refreshments!
