Sleep with Simon 2018

Details

Join the Simon on the Streets team for our biggest event of the year – Sleep with Simon!

Rough sleeping is on the increase all over the country, and West Yorkshire has not escaped this terrible affliction. Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield, where we concentrate our outreach support teams are getting busier and busier. For us to continue to support entrenched rough sleepers in our community we need your help. We are an independent charity and fundraising events such as these are our life blood.

Take on the challenge of sleeping out for a night and raise funds for those struggling with homelessness. Okay, sleepouts cannot replicate the sheer terror that our service users feel most nights but it will give you a good idea of what it is like to sleep out for a night. We will hold a number of events during the sleepout to help raise participants' knowledge and awareness of the situation and our outreach teams discuss their work with you.

Your registration fee books you one space on the ground for the night, evening meal and breakfast together with the events package during the evening. It also includes a limited edition ‘I Slept with Simon’ T-shirt and other goodies from the charity.

We really do hope that you join us this year.
