Leeds Mindfulness & Positive Emotion Enhancement Centre is working in partnership with Kirkstall Abbey to present a series of talks from January to November 2019 on themes that have a mythic, spiritual and imaginative dimension connected with meditation and a creative contemplative life. All are free, no booking required.

Healing From Green Tara: The Buddha of Compassion
Being open to visualising the female Buddha of active compassion and resonating with her healing influence; an opportunity to be receptive to the sacred feminine.
