Rocksteady Bedrock - Leeds Reggae Pioneers

Rocksteady Bedrock - Leeds Reggae Pioneers

Details

In the winter of 1968, The Bedrocks, a group of broke musicians from Leeds hired a van and travelled to London to record at the now-famous Abbey Road studios. Unknown to them at the time, they were pioneers of the UK Reggae scene. Danny Friar tells their full story from worldwide fame to tragic end.
