Talk: Richard III – The Northern King

Talk: Richard III – The Northern King

Join us on the 29th February at 1.30pm for a free talk arranged by the Cliffe Castle Support Group.

Did Shakespeare get it wrong?

Was Richard III an out and out rogue or a ‘Good King’ wrongly accused?

Graham Mitchell is passionate in his belief that Richard III has suffered over 500 years of gross misrepresentation.

In an illustrated talk Graham will demonstrate that the man who is alleged to have stolen the Crown of England and murdered his own nephews actually governed the North of England justly, humanely and successfully for over a decade. Also that he was the most Northern, the most Yorkshire, of all English Monarchs.
