Set in the American West at the start if the 19th Century, the unforgettable music and lyrics of Oklahoma by Rodgers and Hammerstein are wrapped around a boy-girl romance set against high-spirited rivalry between pioneering farmers and Cowboys. Curly, a hansome cowboy and farm girl Laurey take the bumpy road to romance, a journey not without it trials and tears. As the story unfolds in an exhilarating blend of music, song and dance, it soon becomes clear that the determined couple will overcome whatever obstacle satnds in love's path, and that they will start a new life in the brand new state of Oklahoma.

By Road: Leeds take the A65 towards Guiseley. Having passed a large Total Garage at a roundabout where the A65 meets the A658 Harrogate Road, continue straight on towards Guiseley for a mile. On your left you will see a Morrisons Garage. At the traffic lights turn right into Kirk Lane. Follow this road for a mile passing a Morrisons supermarket with another Morrisons Garage. At the the roundabout turn left onto Yeadon High Street and the Town Hall is found 300 yards down the hill. If coming from the A660 Otley Road, follow signs to Leeds Bradford International Airport. Pass the Airport on the A658 towards Bradford. Half a mile past the airport turn right at the trafic lights (The Yeadon Stoops Hotel and pub on your left, Murgatroyds on your right). Go past Yeadon Cricket club and you will arrive at a roundabout. Head straight over the roundabout and you will arrive on Yeadon High Street. Yeadon Town Hall is found 300 yards down the hill, with parking outside.

By Public Transport: Yeadon Town Hall is served by the number 33 and 33a bus which stops outside.
