Mental Health Event - Supporting Men


Free entry and everyone welcome.

Community mental health event for men with mental health issues or those supporting men with mental health issues ( or for anyone wanting to learn about others' lived experiences).

Safe space for people to access advice and support from charities and organisations.

Stallholders include activity and social groups for people to sign up to activities, classes and groups that may help their mental health such as Leeds Rhinos Foundation, Leeds Photography Group and Leeds Repair Cafe. Majority of stallholders have experience of mental health problems or suicide bereavement.

Free workshops including ex Rugby League player Jimmy Gittins on behalf of State Of Mind Sport and Leeds Mindfulness.

Items and products to purchase on the day. Tombola raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably.
