Details

We are hosting a set of talks to celebrate Leeds Festival of Gothica at Leeds City Musuem on the 19th of October. 

The programme of talks includes

Gothic Literature by Leeds Libraries at 11.30am

Uncovering the Hidden Histories of St George’s Field by Morticia at 12pm

Yorkshire Witchcraft by Dr Debora Moretti at 12.30pm

A Tightlacers Guide to Corsetry by Jodie Lee Linley and Vanessa Jones. At Leeds City Museum

The event is supported by a Leeds Inspired small grant.

    Leeds City Museum is located in the city centre, on Millennium Square.
    By public transport: A 10 minute walk from Leeds railway station and a 15 minute walk from the city centre bus station.
    By car: On street parking is available on Rossington Street and Cookridge Street. Woodhouse Lane, The Light, Merrion Centre, St John’s Centre and Rose Bowl car parks are all a 5 or 10 minute walk from the museum.
