Details

Visit the galleries of one of the most exciting universities for art, design and crafts in the country, which boasts Henry Moore, Damien Hirst and Barbara Hepworth amongst its alumni.

Leeds Arts University has a large exhibitions programme held in its two main buildings, Vernon Street in Leeds city centre and Blenheim Walk fifteen minutes walk away.

The University has recently opened a new exhibitions gallery at the Blenheim Walk building. This large space welcomes the general public as well as students and staff and has an exciting exhibitions programme lined up.

10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday

Out of term time opening hours-
10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Free Entry. Group visits should be arranged with the University.
A new independent coffee bar Dot the Lions is open to the public at the Blenheim Walk building.

Arriving by Car: Follow the signs for the City Centre, Leeds General Infirmary and the Universities. The Blenheim Walk building is situated on Blenheim Walk, at the top of Woodhouse Lane, opposite the Parkinson Tower of the University of Leeds.

Arriving by Rail:
The City Centre building is a ten minute walk from Leeds City Station, and Blenheim Walk is a further ten minute walk from there. Taxis are available from the station forecourts.

Arriving by Air: Leeds Bradford International Airport is about eight miles from the city centre. Manchester Airport has regular, direct rail connections to Leeds City Station.

Arriving by Bus: There are buses every five minutes that go past the City Centre and Blenheim Walk buildings that you can catch from the bus station or Quebec Street.
