Creative Networks presents Jeff Banks

Creative Networks presents Jeff Banks

Creative Networks is Leeds Arts University's major professional events programme with talks from high profile speakers from across the creative industries who entertain, challenge and inspire.

Join us for an evening with Jeff Banks as he chats about his love of fashion, his exciting career as an award winning British Fashion Designer and how he played a part in shaping the fashion industry.

About the speaker

Jeff Banks' career began in 1964 with a single store, Clobber, in London. Over the decades, this humble start has spread to worldwide success, from starting his own brand, to co-founding Warehouse, to a career presenting the first UK fashion TV programme, bringing the fashion world to the masses.

His success and work supporting up and coming talent has been recognised many times over and he has been the recipient of a number of sought after awards, including a CBE from HM The Queen.

Jeff Banks’ popularity and commercial influence in the retail fashion scene is undeniable. To hear more about his amazing career in fashion from the man himself (and there is so much more to tell), join us on Wednesday 1st May for what is sure to be a great evening.

Talk followed by audience Q&A.
