Ecocycle Labyrinth


Walk the Ecocycle Labyrinth during Easter week. An installation of light, sound, and interactive elements, this contemporary labyrinth is an opportunity to reflect on the cycles of life, death, and rebirth within the inspiring surroundings of Left Bank Leeds. Take time out to find stillness, to connect with natural rhythms and the contemplate the visceral nature of life.


Monday 26th March 
Installation open 6-9pm with a talk by the artists at 7pm

Sunday 1st April 
Join us on Easter Sunday for the final day of the Ecocycle Labyrinth. The installation will be open 10am-4pm, with a guided meditation at 2pm, which will move through the main themes of the ecocycle and touch on its connection to the Easter story, before inviting you to walk the labyrinth for yourself.

By Car:

Take the A65 out of Leeds for one mile. At the junction with a viaduct above, turn right on to Caridgane Road. At the next set of lights carry straight on. The venue is found on the right hand side after the entrance to Harold Grove.

Local bus number 19 from Leeds city centre stops within a minute’s walk from the venue in either direction.

Buses 49, 50/50A and 56 stop within 10 minutes’ walk of the venue.

Travel by Train

Leeds Train Station is a 10 minute taxi ride away (20 minutes at peak times). The Harrogate line train between Leeds and Knaresborough stops at Burley Park station, which is a 5 minute walk away.
