Exhibition: Duncan Pearson

Details

Working from his converted mill studio in Elland, Yorkshire, Duncan Pearson paints an array of characters ranging from the comical through to the downright creepy. Over 20 years he has developed his style, showcasing a spontaneous sense of fun that comes from everyday encounters.

His exhibition in our Porch Gallery will open each Monday and Wednesday, 10am-6pm. Pop down on Wednesdays to take advantage of the bar being open and enjoy the space with a warming brew.

You can also join us on opening night on 3 October to view the work, meet the artist and have a glass of wine. Please book here, donations welcome [https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/exhibition-opening-duncan-pearson-tickets-49894728476]

If you'd like to find out more about Duncan's practice and have a go at creating your own portraits with unconventional materials, come along to Duncan's paitning workshop on 7 November. Tickets here [https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/painting-workshop-with-duncan-pearson-tickets-50390988804]
