Wild Garden Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Emma Leaf

Wild Garden Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Emma Leaf

Relax, recharge and revitalise during this special summer evening Yoga Nidra and sound bath experience.

As you lay back in Shavasana pose, teacher Emma Leaf from Infinite Yoga [] will invite you to visualise a vibrant wild garden, full of life and colour, with honeybees and butterflies flitting between fragrant flowers.

Feel a deep sense of peace as Emma guides you through a meditation, accompanied by the relaxing sounds of singing bowls, gongs and shamanic instruments.

Yoga Nidra, typically translated as ‘Yogic Sleep’, is a powerful meditation technique that invites the mind and body to fully relax. It can help to release tension, stress and other feelings that no longer serve you, allowing you to find the resolve to focus on your personal needs and goals.

Yoga mats and blankets are available to borrow, but please bring your own if you prefer. You may also want to bring a hot water bottle for a truly cosy experience.
