Talking Histories: Woodhouse Moor in WW2

Talking Histories: Woodhouse Moor in WW2

This walking tour of Woodhouse Moor was so popular last year that we’re running it again to mark the 80th anniversary of the start of WW2.

Join Dr. Henry Irving from Leeds Beckett University, who’ll guide you around the park and uncover clues that reveal details about life on the home front.

Covering air raids, allotments and so much more, this summer walking tour will give you an insight into how the people of Leeds contributed to the war effort.

The walk will start at Left Bank Leeds.
