Miller and Carter Steakhouse
Miller and Carter is the purveyor of the finest 28-day aged beef in a relaxed, informal environment. Miller and Carter's premium graded Ashdale beef is reared especially for them on sustainable West Country farms. So whatever your favourite cut, they can trace every forkful back to the field. Once you've tasted their hand-cut West Country steaks you'll soon appreciate the care of their farmers, the exacting standards of their butchers and the passion of their chefs.
