Wetherby Whaler
The Wetherby Whaler opened its fifth and most prestigious site in White Cross Guiseley in May 2012. The iconic original Harry Ramsdens restaurant had closed its doors the previous December after more than 80 years of Yorkshire history under the Harry Ramsdens name.
Following a £750,000 refurbishment we have restored the restaurant to its former glory, maintaining the historic features of the building, including high ceilings, stained glass, oak panelling and crystal chandeliers. There is even a baby grand piano played most Friday, Saturdays and Sundays by our resident pianist.
We are very proud of the history of our newest restaurant, and are pleased that The Wetherby Whaler Guiseley is to become the new spiritual home of Fish and Chips.
