TIPI CHRISTMAS ON BRIGGATE

24th Nov to end Dec

A family friendly Tipi bar will also be arriving on Briggate, a pedestrianised prime shopping destination in the city centre, providing the perfect location for the whole family to get together. People of all ages will be able to enjoy a variety of festive refreshments, from hot apple punch to hot chocolate, to accompany their favourite Christmas cuisine thanks to the bar’s ‘bring your own food’ policy. For the ultimate family fun the new public space on Cookridge Street, which is just 10 minutes from the tipi bar, will become a yuletide haven where visitors can take a ride on the Christmas Carousel and dig into the variety of food and drink market stalls serving up festive treats and tipples.

CLUES

Mandela Gardens – Search the statues for a sign, you’ll want to grab this clue with Both Arms

City Square – Did the Black Prince always wear that on his head?

Leeds City Museum – Have a look around the entrance to the museum and you’ll be a shoe-in to find another item

Millennium Square – To tick another one off the list, look up at the streetlights by the golden owl on Calverley Street.

Merrion Gardens – Peer through the gates of the Tudor building, you may be taken aback

Kirkgate Market – Do a runner to the corner of Vicar Lane and Ludgate Hill and look at the market entrance

Victoria Gardens – Take a look at the trees by the Christmas market and you might find a gift

Trinity Leeds – You may already be walking along Albion Street looking for presents, but this item may be on top of the shop rather than inside

Briggate – The Tipi on Briggate is the ideal place to stop for a snack – there may even be some outside for our four-hoofed friends

Dortmund Square – Have a look and a listen – did the trees outside St Johns Centre always jingle like that?
