Winter Stroll
Why not take a romantic walk in one of our beautiful parks. Golden Acre, Temple Newsam, Lotherton, Otley Chevin, Roundhay Park, Pudsey Park and Kirkstall Abbey. The grounds are open during lockdown with many onsite cafes open so you can enjoy a warming drink or snack, but please only travel to the parks which are local to you.

While many concert halls remain dark, Blackheath Halls and Leeds Lieder are holding hands this year to offer a perfect Valentine’s Gift for you and your loved ones: Brahms Liebeslieder-Waltzer live to your home. Watch the livestream 14 February 2021, 7.30pm which will be available for 2 weeks online. Tickets are £10 per household.
Many of Northern Ballet’s incredible performances are available online; Casanova certainly fits the Valentine’s theme and you can rent it for £7.99. Opera North have gone digital too with a variety of their breath-taking operas available to watch online on a pay as you feel basis.
