Sound bath – by Resonate with Hope
Allow the gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, rainstick, koshi chimes and more to take you to a deep meditative state where you can simply ‘just be’. There’s nothing to do, nothing to fix, no demands at all. The only requirement is to get yourself comfortable and to allow the sound resonations to travel through you.
Sound baths are becoming more acknowledged for their therapeutic benefits including supporting sleep, reducing stress and anxiety and switching off that constant brain chatter. The sounds work on many levels, but scientifically they have been shown to help put you into a deep meditative state where the body and can rest and repair.
Everyone’s experience is different, so come and see what the sounds can do for you. All you need to bring is a mat, blanket and pillow and anything else you feel will help you get comfortable.
Please do not attend this event if you have seizures that are induced by sound, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
