Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga & Brunch at the beautiful setting of Left Bank Leeds!
Bryony will guide you through an relaxing Vinyasa flow sequence designed to nourish both body and mind. All levels welcome from complete beginners to seasoned yogis!
After your practice, tuck into a delicious 2-course brunch from our caterer Anna from Food with View who offers seasonal dishes that celebrate tasty, local produce.
We have a very special menu inspired by Anna’s travels to Mexico last month. See the full menu below:
– Chilaquiles* in Red Sauce with Tofu Crema, Shredded Lettuce & Pink Onions (contains: sesame, almonds & soya, *chilaquiles = breakfast nachos)
– Salted Caramel Flan with Roasted Rhubarb (no allergens)
Everything is made using vegan and gluten-free ingredients and herbal teas are included in your ticket. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
Yoga mats are provided or feel free to bring your own.
