Our popular #StretchYourself Challenge returns, this time its backbends and bridges!

Whether you are a regular stretcher, have fallen out of the habit, or looking for some accountability and motivation to begin - if you are determined to progress your backbends this is for YOU!

Join Aimee for this four-week master course to identify your individual goals and progress through them in a small and supportive group. Each session is 1.5 hours to work in more depth than weekly classes, with lots of personalised feedback and drills to improve your strength and flexibility in backbends and bridges.

Pre-requisites: You should be comfortable pushing up onto a bridge either full or on your head unsupported in order to get the most out of this mastercourse.

#StretchYourself is our stretching programme designed to be easy to follow, easy to stick to, and suitable for all - whatever your starting point. The training covers 4 sections: Identifying areas that can be improved upon, strengthening these areas, increasing your mobility & flexibility, finally perfecting the technique and pulling all of your new skills together. The key to progress is working both strength and flexibility together, little and often!
