8 Week Intro to Handstands

Join us for 8 weeks as we gain a solid understanding of how to safely and efficiently practice handstands! Classes will build a lot of upper body strength and bodily awareness as well as overcoming any fears and weaknesses we may have. Week 8 - Finding the freedom Over each week George will also provide exercises for participants to do at home/gym if they would like to further build their understanding – George is a cheerful and bouncy dance/circus artist and yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge for hand balancing. He has trained with handstand coaches worldwide including performers from the Cirque du Soleil. He also graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary dance, where he is a regular guest teacher, and gained his Vinyasa Yoga teaching Qualification in Mysore India.
