Disco Yoga is more than a class — it’s an experience. Flow through uplifting yoga sequences to the beats of a live DJ, surrounded by disco lights, laughter, and the freedom to truly express yourself.
We created Disco Yoga as a couple with a shared passion for authenticity, love, and human togetherness. It’s a space where unity and self-expression meet movement and music — where you can let go and connect with yourself and others.
