The iconic French pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet has been wowing audiences worldwide for the last twenty years, and it’s a particular privilege to welcome him to Leeds with a programme mixing French music and Bartók, in both of which he excels. His recordings of the complete piano music of Debussy, as of the concertos of Bartók, have won him numerous international awards and wide acclaim.
