Music Memories
A gentle, joyful project bringing older adults together to share stories through song. Sessions run every two weeks from Tuesday 11 November, 10.30am–12pm, at Music House*, and cost just £5, including tea and cake.
Each gathering is a relaxed 90 minute of conversation and musical reminiscence around themes like ‘songs from our school days’, ‘the first record I bought’, ‘the first song I danced to’, our wedding song and so on.
The sessions are led by the talented Nick Wayne, a lifelong live music champion, and Cleve Freckleton, who has spent over 50 years sharing music with people of all ages. Together, they make each session fun, engaging, and full of laughter, music, and connection.
Know someone who would love this? Please pass it on and help spread the joy of Music Memories.
