Sunshine and Balance Beams is the 9th studio album from Boston’s Pile, and their first for Chicago’s Sooper Records.
Over 15 years, Pile has amassed legions of worldwide fans through relentless touring and writing. This resilience and dedication have earned them status as recognized standard bearers of the global rock underground. Sunshine and Balance Beams is a Sisyphean fable concerned with labour and living, containing some of the group’s best production value and most accomplished arrangements to date, and centring Rick Maguire’s vocals in new and exciting ways.
