Roger Sayer was prize-winner at the 1989 St Albans International Organ Competition and as a student won all the organ prizes at the Royal College of Music. Since then, he has been constantly in demand both as a recitalist and accompanist, both at home and abroad. His programme includes an arrangement of Hans Zimmer’s score to Interstellar (for which he was the original soundtrack organist), WT Best’s virtuoso arrangement of Felix Mendelssohn’s St Paul overture, and finishes with Joseph Jongen’s Sonata Eroïca.
