The New Blur Album
From the creator of “John Peel’s Shed” and Sky One’s “After Hours”, a story about growing older, full of Blur songs and love.
To celebrate Blur reforming for sell out shows at Wembley Stadium, John Osborne has brought back his Radio 4 storytelling show The New Blur Album back for some special shows.
‘A sweet reminiscence about youth, music and friends, full of heart and soul’ MIRANDA SAWYER IN THE OBSERVER
John Osborne is a writer and theatre maker. His first show, “John Peel’s Shed”, was a complete sell-out at the Edinburgh fringe and toured the UK, including The Constitutional in Farsley. He has made six half hour storytelling shows for BBC Radio 4 and this year and he’ll be performing at Glastonbury Festival, Edinburgh Book Festival and Latitude.
Plus support slot from poet Ralph Dartford, founder member of A Firm of Poets and author of poetry collections “Cigarettes, Beer and Love”, “Recovery Songs” and “Hidden Music”.
