Accommodation
The Old Barn is perfect for families, walkers or conference delegates who want to escape from the hustle and bustle to this tranquil spot situated in the hamlet of Newby, on the edge of Huby. Perfectly situated, it is only a short drive to the Spa town of Harrogate and a pleasant ten minute walk to the Weeton & Huby train stop for Harrogate, Leeds and York.

Unloading area outside the property with level entrance. Internal doors are all reclaimed and even finished with the owner’s own beeswax. Kitchen/dining room – a large beamed room with dining for 6 persons. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet, basin and tumble drier. Lounge with log burning stove, TV, DVD with a selection of DVDís, books & games for guest use. Window seat. French windows opening south. Upstairs to master bedroom with 5ft king sized bed and countryside views. Bedroom 2 is a beamed room with barn door window and kingsize bed made from original barn joists (can be split into 2x 2ft6 childrenís beds on request). Bedroom 3 has a childís cabin bed crafted from reclaimed wood. Bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The owners have used reclaimed and locally sourced materials and British appliances & fittings wherever possible. Outside bike store and garden furniture store.
