Ambiente launches new Winter Menu

Ambiente Tapas and Tabanco by Ambiente, an independent tapas restaurant and sherry bar in Leeds (and other sites) has embraced the season with an exciting new winter menu.
Ambiente Tapas is set to bring the heat on cold and chilly winter nights with an exquisite winter menu that promises to transport diners to the sun-soaked streets of Spain.
Ambiente have earned their reputation for offering an authentic taste of Spain, and this winter is no exception. Their carefully crafted winter menu reflects Spanish tastes with the comforting flavours of the season.
On their new winter menu, diners can enjoy vegan Maple Roast Carrots served with a lemon and garlic hummus, roast garlic and chilli hasselback butternut squash with feta cream, Moroccan lamb patties with an orange and apricot pilaf, Ibérico pork fillet with roast peppers & butterbean purée and a fiery honey and chipotle chicken and chorizo kebab served with pickled red cabbage & pita.
With its inviting glow and Christmas-ready décor, Ambiente’s cosy ambience offers the perfect backdrop for their new winter menu.
Ambiente and Tabanco by Ambiente’s winter menu is available from Monday 20th November 2023 and will be offered throughout the winter season.
