Festivals

We’re famous for festivals, large and small. Year round, we host a packed calendar of celebrations stretching from music and food, to film, dance and theatre. Small community groups, and huge international events. All easily accessible, and easy to love. Wharves and docks connected by Leeds Waterfront Festival, or a city illuminated for Leeds Light Night. Annual icons like Leeds Festival, where the biggest bands around strut their stuff. Leeds International Film Festival, bringing the best of world cinema, and Leeds International Festival marking the intersection of tech and culture. And that’s just a taster.

Coronavirus

As a consequence of the Coronavirus and following Government advice, many events over the upcoming months have been cancelled. You can look for inspiration for when you’re next visiting Leeds throughout this website and we will update our events as and when restrictions are lifted.
