Things to do

Coronavirus Update

Here at Visit Leeds, our priority is to keep visitors and locals safe and healthy. Our fantastic city is well known for community spirit and collaboration amongst all those people who live, work, study and visit here and this amazing city will be waiting for you when we all return to normal. As restrictions start to lift however, we have created an A-Z GUIDE to visiting which tells you all you need to know in this new world whilst also giving you plenty of ideas about how you can #ReDiscover Leeds.

There’s still plenty of activities and experiences happening online, so those of us staying at home why not look at our LEEDS AT HOME page, full of ways to continue to enjoy Leeds with online activities, events and more. Check it out here.

Our city always has an answer for ‘what’s next?’

Step through the doors of renowned galleries and exhibitions to find the inspiration within. Sample the vibrant independent food scene, and the crackling energy of cocktail bars and bustling pubs. Or hit the shops, bagging big brands and quirky finds. Then there’s the great outdoors. Sprawling parks, historic estates, and the beauty of the Dales. So what’s next?

The logo for Visit England's We're Good To Go standard

"We're Good To Go"

VisitBritain / VisitEngland have launched a UK-wide industry standard and consumer mark to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ for tourism as the sector works towards reopening. “We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. So when you see this logo in windows, on websites and on social media, you can be reassured these places are safe to visit.
