CAST ANNOUNCEMENTS AND SHOWS NOW ON SALE AT LEEDS HERITAGE THEATRES

With the return of musical theatre classics such as Grease, Blood Brothers and Dirty Dancing, as well as the brand-new tour of Just For One Day: The Live Aid Musical, there are plenty of exciting shows now on sale at Leeds Heritage Theatres.
Plus, we’re thrilled to announce the star-studded cast of Cole Porter’s High Society, coming to Leeds Grand Theatre in August.

Simon Brodkin: Unleashed: Tue 1 December 2026
Unleashed is Simon’s hysterical new show. Packed with outrageous punchlines and electric crowd work, Simon rips into wild swimmers, vape shops, Greta Thunberg, religion and his wife’s friends Claire and Carl.
Chris Ramsey: Here Man: Sat 5 December 2026
Despite initially (and repeatedly) vowing not to add any extra dates, the opportunity to continue touring Here Man and tell audiences all about all the stuff that he CAN’T SAY on his hit podcast Shagged Married Annoyed was just too tempting!
 
Blood Brothers: Tue 11 – Sat 15 May 2027

Leeds Actors in Training (LAIT) presents a brand new, ensemble-led adaptation of Medea, exploring the complex feminist questions at the heart of Euripides’ brutal tragedy through bold storytelling, inventive theatricality and an original score.

Voted one of the ‘Hottest Bass Players in the World’ by Bass Player magazine, Shez Raja is a boundary-pushing bassist and electrifying performer who has drawn comparisons to Jaco Pastorius., playing a fusion of Indo-jazz, funk and groove.
 
CAST ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR UPCOMING SHOWS AT LEEDS GRAND THEATRE:
 
Cole Porter’s High Society: Tue 25 – Sat 29 August 2026 
Direct from a summer season at London’s Barbican Theatre, Helen George – known to millions over the past decade as Trixie in the hit BBC series Call The Midwife – will star as Tracy Lord in a major new tour of Cole Porter’s musical masterpiece High Society, coming to Leeds Grand Theatre from Tue 25 to Sat 29 August 2026.
She is joined by an exciting line-up of stars from both stage and screen, including Freddie Fox (Slow Horses, House of the Dragon), making his musical theatre debut, Julian Ovenden (Bridgerton, Downton Abbey), Nigel Lindsay (Mobland, The Capture), and Malcolm Sinclair (Pie in the Sky).
